Process and particle control
Activation conditions and precision screening are controlled to produce the agreed adsorption profile and mesh distribution.
Laboratory verification
Agreed parameters are checked using defined methods, with retained samples supporting batch-level review. A finished-product record for batch 20260726-01 reported iodine 1068 mg/g, hardness 98.6%, moisture 9.56%, ash 2.52%, density 500 kg/m³ and pH 10.26. These values describe that batch only.
Pre-shipment release
Packing, marks, quantities and quality documents are reviewed before shipment according to the commercial agreement.
